As a forever gymnast, Heidi Coker likes to incorporate gymnastics and acro moves on and off the pole. In this class you will learn techniques to strengthen moves that use handstands and cartwheels on the floor and pole, and introduce you to other acro inspired moves. Adding acro elements on and off the pole can add a new dimension to your pole practice. In addition, they are a great way to build body awareness, which will help you in every aspect of pole dance.
