Straddle Up with Jamilla Deville

The Straddle (aka Invert, Invert V, or Chopper) is one of the fundamental movements in pole and yet its technique can remain elusive, even to more advanced dancers. There are many ways to approach this movement and thus a variety of ways to train and condition for it. In this workshop you'll learn a range of conditioning exercises as well as different transitions into and out of the Straddle. Level: Intermediate
