What should I wear?

Shorts, tank tops, and sports bras are highly recommended, as you'll need to bare some skin to stick to the poles. For warming up, consider bringing long leg warmers, socks, and knee pads if you have sensitive knees.

Wear what makes you feel sexy over what you think looks sexy! Pole dance and sensual movement are about how you feel in your body, and giving yourself the most permission and freedom to move as you want. When choosing what to wear, go with what will allow you to feel less fussy and distracted during your movement.

Try to skip the lotions and oils at least 6 hours before class. We will have alcohol spray and microfiber towels to wipe away sweat and any oils/lotions on your hands/the pole during class, but it's helpful to not have excessive oils to start with.

If you want to up your stiletto game, we also have Pleaser heels available for purchase! Ask your instructor how to snag a pair for yourself 😉

What should I expect when I get there?

Redondo Beach, CA 90278

Our Redondo Beach location is right off of the Inglewood exit of the 405 freeway, tucked away in a row of industrial garage units. If you’re coming off the freeway on Inglewood Avenue, try not to miss the entrance to the parking lot right before the shopping plaza on Manhattan Boulevard.

Once you’ve parked, you can find our studios behind the fence decorated with license plates. Studio 11 is the pole room, and Studio 12 is the aerial room.

What if I’m running late?

Sadie’s has a 10-minute late policy. If you end up late within the first 10 minutes of class, expect to perform a quick high intensity make-up warm-up at the discretion of your instructor. If you are more than 10 minutes late for class, you will not be able to take class and will not get refunded.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your class more than 12 hours before the start time, your class credit will be returned to your account. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the start time, your credit will be forfeited and unavailable for future use.

If an instructor has to cancel their class after you’ve signed up, you are entitled to a cash refund or class credit. You can connect with your instructor or message us at hello@sadiespole.com for your preference.
